Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find a high-performing and customer-focused Café Manager to lead our busy team in Wrexham.
Whether it's a delicious hearty breakfast or freshly brewed coffee and cake, our cafés serve hundreds of people daily. As Café Manager, you will lead and empower colleagues to always put the customer first, delivering outstanding service and driving continued growth.
Reporting into the Area Hospitality Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Listening and responding to customer feedback and reacting accordingly
Ensuring market-leading availability and resource planning across the department
Leading a supportive and performance-driven department alongside other store managers
Efficiently managing people routines, scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations
Delivering comprehensive training so team members have the confidence and capability to excel across various departments
Taking a broader leadership role within the store as a Manager in Charge (MIC)
