Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team while living out Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles.

• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively to keep shifts moving smoothly.

• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.

• Manage store operations and colleagues during the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and overall stock management.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who visits the store.
