Salary: Hourly rate of £16.79 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday allowance uplift = £18.82 per hour)
Employment Type: Bank / Zero-Hour Contract, Flexible Shifts (Please note: Candidates must complete a paid two-week induction. Sponsorship is not available).

What You Will Be Doing
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to service users, always putting their needs first.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team within a 24/7 service environment (standard shifts are 12.5 hours).
Deliver compassionate care to vulnerable individuals, keeping yourself engaged, motivated, and fulfilled.
Enjoy complete flexibility with a zero-hour bank contract, meaning no mandatory minimum hours (though regular shifts are recommended to maintain service familiarity).
Key Skills & Qualifications
Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
Active NMC registration.
Strong team-working and communication skills.
A high level of self-motivation with a flexible and adaptable approach.
A positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate nature, and a good sense of humor.
Where You Will Be Working
Thornford Park features a combination of medium-secure units, low-secure units, and rehabilitation flats, providing a seamless internal care pathway for patients. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illnesses, complex care needs, or personality disorders.
