What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents in their own homes

• Assist with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks with dignity and respect

• Provide companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional support

• Help foster a positive, professional team working ethos as a senior team member

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or at least 1 year's experience in care

• Good people skills with strong empathy and a caring, compassionate nature

• A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude

• Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Flexibility to work alternating weekends and night shifts
