Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop Team Leaders and colleagues within your designated zones, fostering a high-performance culture.
Operational Performance: Drive operational output to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and business objectives are met safely and efficiently.
Safety & Compliance: Lead your section on all health & safety, food safety, and quality standards compliance, acting as the section lead for customer visits and audits.
Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, carry out line-side efficiency checks, manage allocated resources, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven experience as a Section Manager or Team Leader managing teams within a fast-paced production or food manufacturing environment.
Skills: Strong people management and coaching abilities, excellent problem-solving skills under challenging situations, and exceptional verbal and written communication.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated experience in implementing change and driving continuous improvement in a production setting.
