Position: Finance Business Partner

Location: King Edward VII Hospital, 5-10 Beaumont Street, Marylebone, London, W1G 6AA (Hybrid working with up to 3 days per week working from home)

Salary: £66,900 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 10% Management Bonus Scheme

Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role connecting finance with operational and clinical teams, providing the insight, challenge, and support needed to drive informed decision-making, sustainable growth, and outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic business objectives.

• Provide financial insight, challenge, and robust analysis to monitor KPIs, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.

• Build business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models to support capacity planning, service development, and growth initiatives.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and the tracking of financial impacts across change and transformation projects.

• Deliver financial guidance and training to non-finance stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years post-qualification experience as a certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Proven Finance Business Partnering experience within a complex, regulated organisation (healthcare experience is highly desirable, though other regulated sectors are welcome).

• Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel skills and expertise in financial modelling and business case development.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities.
