Position: Finance Business Partner
Location: King Edward VII Hospital, 5-10 Beaumont Street, Marylebone, London, W1G 6AA (Hybrid working with up to 3 days per week working from home)
Salary: £66,900 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 10% Management Bonus Scheme
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role connecting finance with operational and clinical teams, providing the insight, challenge, and support needed to drive informed decision-making, sustainable growth, and outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with operational and clinical leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic business objectives.
Provide financial insight, challenge, and robust analysis to monitor KPIs, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
Build business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models to support capacity planning, service development, and growth initiatives.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and the tracking of financial impacts across change and transformation projects.
Deliver financial guidance and training to non-finance stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5+ years post-qualification experience as a certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven Finance Business Partnering experience within a complex, regulated organisation (healthcare experience is highly desirable, though other regulated sectors are welcome).
Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel skills and expertise in financial modelling and business case development.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities.
