Pay: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (Earn an extra £2.00/hr on Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (40-hour contract, various shifts)

Experience: Entry level (No previous retail experience required!)

About the Role

Looking for a stable, full-time role that keeps you active and engaged? We are searching for a friendly and motivated Customer Assistant to join the team at Lidl in Fort William. On this 40-hour contract, no two days are the same—you will be moving fast, working closely with a great team, and ensuring the local community gets the excellent service they deserve.

What You Will Do

• Help Customers: Answer questions and provide great service on the shop floor.

• Stock the Shelves: Unload deliveries efficiently and keep the store tidy and well-stocked.

• Bake and Refresh: Help top up the bakery with fresh goods and organize the popular middle aisles.

• Pitch In: Work on the tills and help your team out wherever needed to keep business booming.
