Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care providers for individuals with complex needs. We are urgently seeking dedicated Complex Care Assistants in Chatham to cover day shifts, supporting children, young people, or adults living with long-term health conditions to live safely and comfortably at home.
Please note: Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 for a female worker to fill this specific client placement.
Dedicated One-to-One Care: Provide continuous, personalized support to a single client for the duration of each shift, building a long-term, stable working relationship.
Specialist Clinical Interventions: Deliver expert complex care interventions including PEG and JEJ feeding, as well as spinal cord injury support.
Daily Living & Medication: Assist clients with personal care routines, safe moving and handling techniques, and prompt medication administration.
Care Plan Maintenance: Follow nurse-managed care pathways closely to maintain exceptional clinical standards and safety.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Minimum of 6 months of UK care experience (whether in a care home, residential setting, or community/clinical environment).
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (automatic drivers preferred).
Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this placement; candidates must already be based in the UK).
