Role Description
Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse (RGN - Bank) on behalf of our client for Orchard House Care Centre in Newport, Isle of Wight. In this casual bank position, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents, managing physical, psychological, and social needs while making critical clinical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, update, and manage comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents.
Administer medication safely in strict compliance with NMC guidelines and Royal Pharmaceutical standards.
Exercise professional clinical judgment to provide flexible, outstanding care during day or night shifts as required.
Requirements
Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Solid knowledge of contemporary clinical practices, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA).
Compassionate, self-motivated approach with excellent clinical and decision-making abilities.
