Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: St Mark's Care Home, 110 St Mark's Road, Maidenhead, SL6 6DN
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; occasional weekend work or night visits may be required)
Salary & Perks: Up to £56,035 per annum (depending on experience) + £2,000 Welcome Bonus (paid after completing 4 weeks of service, subject to tax/NI)

We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. In this senior nursing role, you will oversee all aspects of nursing care and clinical activities, providing day-to-day guidance, driving high standards of care, and helping raise the home's profile within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, ensuring person-centred excellence.
Create and update individual care plans with your team, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
Manage rotas efficiently to ensure correct staffing levels are consistently maintained across the home.
Provide day-to-day clinical support, mentorship, and guidance to the nursing and care teams.
Build lasting relationships with residents, their families, and local healthcare partners to foster a strong sense of community.
A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse with a commitment to professional development and the NMC Code of Conduct.
Up-to-date clinical knowledge encompassing tissue viability, infection control, and advanced care planning.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage workloads, delegate effectively, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
