Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with BAE Systems—a global leader in defence, aerospace, and security—to source an experienced and driven ERP Developer for a permanent career opportunity in Warton.
As part of the collaborative digital team supporting the Air Sector, you will design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions that enable the reliable flow of information between ERP, engineering, and programme management platforms. This permanent position offers an extraordinary platform to support digital transformation, operational excellence, and world-leading aerospace and defence programs like the Typhoon, F-35, and Tempest.
Working with modern integration technologies and enterprise systems, you will design and maintain Infor LN customisations, workflows, and system enhancements using BaanC. You will collaborate closely with analysts, consultants, and end users to translate business requirements into practical, reliable technical solutions across Manufacturing, Finance, and Warehousing functions.
System Customisation: Design, develop, and maintain Infor LN customisations, workflows, and system enhancements using BaanC.
Requirements Translation: Review business requirements and translate them into practical, reliable technical solutions across ERP modules.
Module Support: Support and improve existing sessions, reports, and business objects within Manufacturing, Finance, and Warehousing functions.
Integration & Troubleshooting: Assist with system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting activities to maintain performance and stability.
Documentation & Collaboration: Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and end users while documenting solutions, upgrades, and release activities clearly and accurately.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrable experience developing and supporting data integrations, with practical SSIS development experience and considerable SQL/T-SQL skills (query development, stored procedures, and performance optimisation).
Enterprise Integration: Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, or other large-scale business platforms.
Documentation & Process: Ability to produce technical documentation (interface specifications, data mapping artefacts) and work within structured change and release management processes.
Working Arrangement: On-site presence in Warton 3 days per week under hybrid working guidelines.
Security Clearance: All applicants must achieve, as a minimum, the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Note: Due to security and export control restrictions, candidates must meet national identity, birthplace, and residency criteria (typically requiring continuous UK residency of 5 to 10 years for higher-level national security vetting).
