We are seeking caring, patient, and motivated individuals who are enthusiastic, possess great people skills, and maintain a proactive approach to supporting clients with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs living in their own homes.
Competitive Pay: £13.20 per hour

Supporting: Assisting with activities of daily living, including social activities, personal care, routines, meal planning and preparation, and budgeting.
Communicating: Communicating effectively using each individual's preferred methods.
Engaging: Promoting and motivating the people we support to enhance their overall quality of life.
Specialising: Supporting individuals who may benefit from positive behavioural support approaches.
Recording: Keeping accurate records and reporting changes in health or circumstances to management.
Team Player: Working collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining the ability to use your own initiative.
