About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive top-quality care and support. Key responsibilities include:

• Daily Living Support: Assisting residents with daily routines, personal care, and food and drink intake.

• Companionship & Connection: Providing genuine companionship, sharing great moments and memories, and ensuring residents receive dedicated one-to-one time.

• Care Plan Delivery: Following personalized care plans to cater to each individual's physical, social, and emotional needs.

About You

We are looking for a people-person with a positive, can-do attitude who meets the following criteria:

• Experience: Some previous experience of caring for older people is essential.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate warmly with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Attributes: High levels of empathy, a warm-hearted approach, and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of person-centred care.
