Are you passionate about leadership, community-focused, and looking for the next step toward managing your own store? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit a dedicated Customer Team Leader for their store on Winchester Road in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh.

In this role, you will lead a small team in a fast-paced store environment, helping to deliver essential services and set the pace for daily operations. Whether you are coaching colleagues, driving sales, or supporting daily merchandising, you'll play a vital role in making life easier for local shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.

• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.

• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for Customer Team Members.

• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.

• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over to authorise age-related sales or handle specific shift requirements.

• Flexibility & Working Pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and including at least 1 weekend shift (to be discussed at interview).

• Leadership Skills: A genuine passion for people, leadership, and setting a positive example.

• Experience & Attitude: Skills in retail, merchandising, or team management (though experience is not essential, a proactive and flexible approach is key).
