Key Responsibilities
New Business Generation: Proactively and reactively secure profitable new business within your defined geographic territory to achieve sales, revenue, and sustainability targets.
Client Engagement & Presentations: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, deliver compelling presentations, and offer tailored Total Waste Solutions.
Negotiation & Strategy: Create targeted sales plans, negotiate confidently at all levels, and champion resource-efficient, recycling-led services.
CRM & Collaboration: Report leads, calls, quotes, and contract activity accurately on the company operating system while working closely with operational, commercial, and customer service teams.

What We Are Looking For
Experience & Skills: A proven track record in sales with the drive to exceed targets, strong communication skills, confidence in digital CRM systems, and persuasive presentation capabilities.
