• Salary: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (plus an extra £2.00/hr during bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

What You’ll Do

• Support Our Shoppers: Act as a Lidl expert, answering questions and helping customers with their queries and requests.

• Work Deliveries: Efficiently handle and organize deliveries as they arrive in store to keep stock moving.

• Keep Things Fresh: Proactively help run the bakery area by baking and stocking fresh goods throughout the day.

• Organize the Middle Aisle: Expertly present and maintain the ever-popular middle aisles of Non-Food products.

• Maintain High Standards: Pitch in with your colleagues to keep the entire store clean, safe, and highly organized.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail or customer service experience is great, but a positive attitude is most important!).

• Friendly communication and solid customer service skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including starting early or finishing late.

• A proactive approach to changing priorities on a busy shop floor.

• A warm, helpful manner to inspire your team and welcome our shoppers.
