Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical pre-operative health assessments for patients prior to surgical procedures.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, offering clear communication and emotional reassurance to patients and families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams to ensure integrated care delivery across surgical pathways.
Requirements
Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with relevant post-registration nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment skills with broad medical/surgical knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal, empathetic communication, and collaborative teamwork abilities.
