Position: Bank Care Assistant
Location: Melbourn Springs Care Home, Hyacinth Drive, Melbourn, SG8 6FY
Pay Rate: £14.70 per hour
Hours: Flexible / Bank (As and when required to cover annual leave or sick leave)
Shift Type: Mixed (Days / Nights)

About the Role
This casual, part-time position offers ultimate working flexibility. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve.
Daily Living & Companionship: Assist with daily routines, share great moments, and ensure residents receive dedicated one-to-one time.
Person-Centred Care: Support residents with food and drink and follow personalized care plans.
Varied & Rewarding: Every day brings something different, allowing you to put your people skills to meaningful use.
About You
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with a positive, "can-do" approach.
Attributes: Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and the deep compassion required to deliver the highest standard of care. Full training will be provided to help you thrive!
