Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users with a range of complex mental health conditions.
Take responsibility for the full assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care.
Provide valuable mentorship and support to junior team members while promoting positive, collaborative teamwork.
Observe, record, and report any changes in service users' conditions, maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
Work within a busy, dynamic medium and low secure environment that offers an engaging mix of clinical routine and variety.
A relevant professional nursing qualification (RMN) with active NMC registration.
At least 3 years of post-qualification nursing experience.
Strong team-working abilities, high self-motivation, and a flexible approach.

Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View in Milton Keynes (MK6 5LS) are medium and low secure services providing specialist treatment programmes for individuals detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) who have a history of offending behaviour. The consultant-led multidisciplinary service offers evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to reduce the risk of re-offending and maximize each service user's potential for independent community living.
Competitive Salary: Annual base salary of £35,217.
