• Hours: 33.00 hours per week (Permanent)

About the Role

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will oversee and cater to the diverse needs of residents during the night, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

• Supervise & Inspire: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

• Support Clinical Teams: Assist the clinical team with targeted responsibilities such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.

• Promote Dignity: Ensure residents' dignity and personal preferences are always respected while maintaining a calm, safe, and welcoming night-time environment.

About You

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Knowledge: Specific background knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

• Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and deeply committed to individualized care and support.
