About the Role
As a Permanent Night Care Assistant at Winchester House Care Home, you will help our residents feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the night hours. In this fulfilling and varied role, your duties will include:
Assisting residents with night-time routines, personal care, and wellbeing support.
Following tailored care plans to meet individual needs and ensuring a peaceful environment.
Providing compassionate reassurance, companionship, and comfort during the night shift.
Bringing your dedication and warmth to a supportive, professional care environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, dedicated individuals who want to build a stable career in care. To join us, you will need:
Prior experience in caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
