Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Encirc Beverages, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing high-speed bottling lines, process equipment, and site utilities. Your primary focus will be delivering planned maintenance, improving reliability and OEE, and driving continuous improvement to prevent repeat failures.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality planned maintenance and proactive equipment care across multi-disciplinary teams.
Utilize performance data to optimize machine performance, improve MTBF, and reduce MTTR.
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to refine equipment care routines and support proactive planning.
Ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently, right-first-time, and in line with Encirc Group standards.
Key Requirements:
Essential: Engineering maintenance experience within an F&B, FMCG, or similar manufacturing environment.
Time-served engineering apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), multi-skilled with a strong foundation in electrical systems.
HNC in an engineering discipline.
Strong fault-finding capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and process equipment.
Familiarity with CMMS, technical schematics, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, RCA, FMEA) is highly desirable.
