Position: Shift Supervisor
Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester Road, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8RN
Salary: DHU Band 4.0, £26,530 – £29,114 per annum pro rata (£27,273 per annum equivalent)
Contract Type / Working Pattern: Part-Time (15 hours per week, working Thursdays and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

As a Shift Supervisor with our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will step into a vital operational role at Anstey Frith House, where every shift is a chance to make a real difference. You will provide real-time leadership across your shift, keeping our Out of Hours services running safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards while supporting multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites to ensure patients receive timely, compassionate care.
Provide visible, real-time operational leadership and guidance to teams across multiple sites during Out of Hours shifts.
Ensure services run safely, efficiently, and in strict alignment with clinical governance and quality standards.
Make sound, timely operational decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional approach.
Oversee workflow coordination, manage day-to-day team logistics, and utilize digital systems effectively to support seamless patient care delivery.
Strong people-management, organizational, and operational skills gained within a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using digital IT systems, with previous experience in healthcare, NHS leadership, or call-handling environments considered a distinct advantage.
A calm, professional, and adaptable approach combined with the flexibility to work scheduled hours (Thursdays and Saturdays).
