About the Role & Location

• Where You’ll Be Working: Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth, Dorset (a CQC-regulated care home).

• Available Shift Opportunities:

  • Day Care Assistant: 42 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including alternate weekends.

  • Night Care Assistant: 42 hours per week, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including alternate weekends.

• Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate personal care and support.

  • Safely administer and accurately record medication.

  • Assist with daily living activities and routines.

  • Support social engagement, activities, and meaningful one-to-one moments.

  • Promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being as part of a dedicated team.

What We Need From You

• Requirement: Restricted to female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

• A kind, compassionate nature and great people skills.

• Previous care experience is preferred (especially for night shifts), but full training is provided.

• Flexibility to work alternate weekends.

• A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
