Position: Loader / Waste Collection Operative
Location: Suez Bracknell, Commercial Centre, Old Bracknell Lane West, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 7QT
Salary/Rate: £14.40 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday, early morning starts)

We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit an enthusiastic Loader for their team in Bracknell. This active, permanent, entry-level role is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who want to build a career in a greener UK, offering steady weekday hours, full training, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collection & Loading: Support the safe and efficient collection of household recycling and waste, loading vehicles and handling materials properly.
Active Working: Cover an active daily route (walking approximately 6–10 miles per day) while working collaboratively with your crew to complete daily targets.
Service Excellence: Deliver a friendly, professional service to local residents and the wider public.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health, safety, contractual, and environmental standards at all times.

What We Are Looking For
Physical Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances (6–10 miles per day) in an outdoor environment.

Background: People from all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome to apply! Waste or recycling experience is helpful, but not essential.
