Position: Community Healthcare Assistant
Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester, LE3 8RN (Working across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland)
Salary: Band 2, £24,853 per annum (pro rata), enhanced by 30% for evening work and 45% for weekend work
Contract Type / Working Pattern: Part-time (up to 12 hours per week) and bank night-shift positions available

As a Community Healthcare Assistant with our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will step into a vital frontline role based out of Anstey Frith House, helping patients stay well and recover safely in their own homes and local communities. Working under the guidance of our Community Nursing team during night shifts, you will deliver hands-on care, record vital signs, support clinical tasks, and promote patient wellbeing.
Deliver compassionate, hands-on care and support to patients within their home environments.
Record vital signs, assist with clinical tasks, and help maintain equipment readiness for community visits.
Work independently in the community while remaining fully supported by experienced clinical colleagues.
Promote patient wellbeing, dignity, and comfort, ensuring high standards of patient-centred care at all times.
