As a Night Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will be at the heart of daily life during the night hours, providing high standards of personal, social, and emotional care while ensuring residents feel valued, safe, and secure.
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, ranging from friendly companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident behaviour with care, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with required legislation.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and on an individual basis.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
Motivation, positivity, and boundless empathy with great interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable, though a caring and dedicated nature is what matters most.
