Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant for a permanent role at Rose Lodge Care Home. You will help create safe, attractive, and well-maintained surroundings so our residents can enjoy the high-quality care and support they deserve. Offering plenty of variety, this role involves tackling a range of tasks to ensure our building and grounds always look their best and make the right first impression.
About You
To join us as a Maintenance Assistant, you will need:
Prior experience in property maintenance
A patient, caring nature with a genuine interest in our residents
Reliability and a flexible, hands-on approach to keeping the home maintained to the highest standards
