Position: Advanced Practitioner
Location: Multiple locations across Derbyshire, Chesterfield, Long Eaton, and Bassetlaw
Salary: DHU Band 8b.0, £64,234 – £74,905 per annum (pro rata), enhanced by 30% for evening work and 45% for weekend work
Contract Type / Working Pattern: Full-time, part-time, and bank contracts available, covering a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

About the Role
As an Advanced Practitioner with our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will step into a vital frontline role delivering expert urgent and emergency care where and when it is needed most. Working across Derbyshire, Chesterfield, Long Eaton, and Bassetlaw, you will use your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide spectrum of acute conditions, making confident and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide autonomous, high-quality clinical care as part of a skilled multidisciplinary urgent care team.
Assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and manage patients presenting with diverse urgent and emergency care needs.
Utilize advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to ensure excellent patient outcomes and timely access to care.
Lead by example, managing complex clinical cases while offering guidance and support to colleagues across the service.
