At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we act as the vital link between talented professionals and forward-thinking organizations that drive positive change in our communities. We take pride in partnering with industry leaders who champion innovation, environmental sustainability, and person-centered care.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd—the UK’s leading provider of community equipment services to the NHS and local authorities—as they look for a dedicated Clinical Level 3 Collections Administrator to join their Woodford Green depot.
As the Clinical Level 3 Collection Administrator, you will work collaboratively with Medequip and the London Borough of Redbridge, playing a pivotal role in leading the Barking, Havering, Kingston and Redbridge Community Equipment Services contract.
Your core mission will be to increase the return of unneeded loan equipment from service users, driving equipment recycling, cutting costs, and improving the contract’s carbon footprint. This is an impactful administrative and clinical liaison role where your organizational skills and empathy will directly enhance community healthcare efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Depot Manager, providing performance updates, activity tracking, risk analysis, and improvement ideas.
Liaise with contract colleagues, customers, service users, families, and third-party community groups to maintain accurate records.
Ensure collection requests are raised promptly and service performance metrics are met.
Analyze loan equipment reports to track loan durations, extend clinical needs for low-level equipment where appropriate, or consult Occupational Therapists and prescribers.
Prioritize high-value items and short-term equipment collections using targeted strategies.
Identify and manage risks through care home audits and loan period monitoring alongside prescribers.
Promote the collection service and signpost collection points via social media and advertising channels.
Handle service user data sensitively and confidentially, complying fully with data protection, health & safety, and financial regulations.
You are a compassionate, organized communicator who shares Medequip’s core values of integrity, empathy, teamwork, and excellence.
Education & Qualifications: GCSE standard education (including Maths and English) with an NVQ Level 3 or similar (or a willingness to undertake it).
Experience: Background in customer service, call centers, community equipment services, or supporting local authority/healthcare contracts. Experience monitoring loan equipment or liaising with prescribers and service users is highly advantageous.
Skills: Highly IT literate, organized, capable of working independently without direct supervision, and possessing exceptional verbal communication skills with a patient, empathetic approach.
Right to Work: Candidates must possess the full, satisfactory right to work in the UK (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship).
Through our partnership with Medequip, you will gain access to an exceptional support and development framework:
Competitive Salary: £30,650 per annum.
Career Growth: Annual appraisals, personal development planning, ongoing training, and clear pathways to build specialist knowledge and progress within a growing organization.
Sustainability Impact: The chance to actively contribute to environmental sustainability and community equipment recycling.
Supportive Environment: A collaborative team culture focused on professional excellence and staff well-being.
