We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a qualified and compassionate Audiologist for the Audiology department at The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow.
Conduct a comprehensive range of audiological assessments, including pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, speech testing, acoustic reflexes, and otoacoustic emissions.
Perform hearing aid evaluations and precise fittings using Real Ear Measurements and patient feedback.
Recommend, fit, and adjust hearing aids or assistive listening devices tailored to individual patient needs.
Assist in balance and vestibular testing, where appropriately trained.
Provide expert counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, device usage, communication strategies, and ongoing management.
Monitor patient progress, conduct follow-ups, and carry out reprogramming and repairs of hearing devices as required.
Qualifications: BSc (Hons) in Audiology or an equivalent qualification approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Registration: Current HCPC or RCCP registration as an Audiologist (or working towards registration).
Experience: Clinical experience in audiological assessment, hearing aid fitting, and hearing rehabilitation within an NHS or private sector ENT/audiology service.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all age groups, alongside excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Competence with audiological software, digital hearing aid systems, and electronic patient record (EPR) systems.
Desirable Criteria: Experience in specialist areas such as paediatrics, tinnitus management, or vestibular diagnostics, along with professional body membership (BAA, BSA).
Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000.00 FTE per year.
