As a Home Care Assistant, you will help with personal care, assist with everyday tasks, and provide comfort and reassurance, making a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those who rely on our services. No previous experience is required—all you need is kindness; we will provide full, free training!
About the Role & Location
Where You’ll Be Working: Community-based home care across Bridgwater.
Working Shifts:
Morning shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Evening shifts (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Alternate weekend work required
Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care and support.
Assist with everyday tasks and daily routines.
Provide companionship, reassurance, and a friendly presence.

Flexibility to work day shifts (mornings/evenings) and alternating weekends.
Right to Work: Non-UK nationals must have the right to work in the UK with at least 12 months left on their visa (visa sponsorship is not available).
No experience? No problem! Full training is provided.
