Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Motivate and support your team, creating an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you.

• Operational Management: Swiftly solve problems, delegate tasks effectively, and manage store operations in the absence of senior management.

• Stock & Process Control: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth night shifts.

• Customer Experience: Give customers the very best experience whenever they interact with your store environment.
