About the Role & Location
Where You’ll Be Working: Community-based home care across Ipswich.
Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including alternating weekends.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
Support, guide, and mentor new members of the care team.
Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain high care standards.
Build positive, lasting relationships with clients and their families.
Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to take the next step in their career.
What We Need From You
A minimum of 12 months' prior care experience and a caring, compassionate nature (NVQ Level 2 is preferable).
Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy.
Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM and alternating weekends.
A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
