Hours: 40 Hours per week (4 on, 4 off rolling rota, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency connecting top-tier management talent with industry leaders, we are proud to partner with Myton Food Group (part of Morrisons) to recruit a high-performing Team Manager - Production for their manufacturing site in Knaresborough.

In this fast-paced, ever-changing role, you will have the operation nailed down, driving results through an engaged, well-managed, and productive team. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will oversee daily and weekly KPIs, set performance targets, champion continuous improvement strategies, and nurture talent within your team through active coaching and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, drive, and meet daily and weekly operational KPIs.

• Set performance targets, review progress, and formulate action plans to reduce costs and elevate standards.

• Drive continuous improvement strategies and identify creative solutions to operational challenges.

• Manage colleague welfare, improve attendance standards, and lead daily shift briefs.

• Spot, coach, and develop talent within your team to build a high-performing workforce.

• Oversee budgetary controls, cost models, and understand pest control management protocols.

• Management Experience: Proven background in management or supervision within a large-scale production operation, ideally in food manufacturing.
