About the Role
As a Transport Compliance, Systems and Process Trainer, you will be the driving force behind keeping operations safe, compliant, and efficient across the network. In this hands-on role, you will deliver vital training, help teams master critical logistics systems, and uphold the highest legal and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Operational & Fleet Training: Lead practical yard-based vehicle check training to ensure the massive fleet meets all regulatory and safety standards, alongside driver dispatch, debriefing, and tachograph data management.
Onboarding & Inductions: Support new team members through engaging site tours, yard training, and general inductions.
Systems Training: Train colleagues on critical software and transport systems, including Tacho, Continuum, TMS, and Paragon.
Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with Transport Quality and Compliance Managers to review, design, and implement new, efficient ways of working across the distribution network.
Compliance & Health and Safety: Ensure office and transport colleagues stay fully up to date with mandatory training, such as manual handling, risk assessments, and general transport courses.
What You Will Bring
Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid background in Transport Operations.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Transport Compliance (CPC) and transport-related systems such as Tachomaster, Microlise, and Licence check platforms.
Communication Skills: A confident, engaging communicator with proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training sessions.
