About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse for a senior leadership role as Home Manager on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) on behalf of Briar Hill House in Rugeley, a warm, community-focused home renowned for its outstanding CQC rating.
In this role, you will hold overall responsibility for clinical governance, high-quality care delivery, financial management, and leading your team to create a safe, vibrant environment where residents can live well and with dignity.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: 1st level Registered Nurse qualification with a current NMC PIN. (A Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent is desirable, or a willingness to work towards it).
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in home management or a senior leadership role within a care setting, backed by strong clinical knowledge in dementia and complex care.
Leadership & Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, regulatory compliance, and motivating high-performing teams.
Flexibility & Proximity: A flexible approach, including occasional travel or on-call duties. Ideally living within 15 miles of Rugeley (WS15 1BP) for a manageable commute.
