Swim Instructor (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a premier Fitness & Wellbeing facility in Aylesbury, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in helping swimmers of all ages and abilities build confidence in the water, improve their technique, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality swimming instruction on an ad-hoc schedule tailored to your availability. You will foster a safe, positive, and motivating environment while running lessons in alignment with the Swim England framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one or group swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.

• Motivate, coach, and inspire swimmers across diverse age groups and skill levels to help them achieve their personal targets.

• Promote facility amenities, teaching programs, and club memberships to participants while maintaining high pool safety standards.

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, student-focused teaching style.

• Passion for swimming and the ability to adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs.
