Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated and qualified Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Sherwood Court Care Home in Preston.

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you’ll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver outstanding care. Key responsibilities include:
Holistic Care & Safety: Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a diverse range of physical and mental health needs.
Clinical Decision-Making: Using professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions and administer medication safely.
Care Planning & Compliance: Developing tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments in alignment with regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
We are looking for a dedicated and thoughtful professional who meets the following criteria:
Registration: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices, care planning, and regulatory frameworks.
Attributes: Compassionate, person-centred, autonomous, and equipped with excellent interpersonal and clinical judgment skills.
