Location: Westlake House Care Home, Pondtail Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 5HT
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (Casual, flexible part-time hours to cover as needed)
Shift: Nights
About the Role
As a Bank Night Care Assistant, you will help residents feel safe, secure, and supported through the night hours. Every shift offers a fulfilling environment where you can provide gentle care, companionship, and personalized assistance tailored to each resident's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with night-time routines and daily living needs while following personalized care plans.
Provide comforting companionship and attentive one-to-one time.
Ensure a calm, safe, and nurturing environment throughout the night shift.
About You
To join us as a Bank Night Care Assistant, you will bring:
Experience: Some prior background in caring for older people.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do approach.
Personality: Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and deep compassion for resident wellbeing. (Full training is provided to help you thrive and grow!)
