About this role
Complex Care Support Worker (HCA)
Location: Godalming, Dunsfold, Witley, Milford, Guildford, Woking, Basingstoke, and Billingshurst (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week (Full-time and part-time available)
Shifts: 13-hour day and night shifts (typically featuring 12 hours of active care)
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £16.50 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)
Are you a compassionate and reliable care assistant with a great sense of humour, looking for a meaningful role where you can build a close bond with a client? We are currently recruiting dedicated support workers to provide specialist one-to-one care for a gentleman living at home with his wife and son in the Godalming and Surrey area. (Note: This is dedicated home care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred support tailored to our client's complex medical and daily needs.

Work independently and proactively on 13-hour day or night shifts, utilizing the extended shift time to forge a genuine, close working bond.

What We Are Looking For
At least 6 months of professional care experience (complex care experience is highly desirable).
A compassionate, patient, reliable, and person-centred approach with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work 13-hour day and/or night shifts with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
