Job Title: Mindplace Centre Manager
Location: Mindplace Harrow, Harrow, HA1 1BE
Rate of Pay: Starting from £47,700 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
We are partnering with Mindplace Harrow to find a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be accountable for owning and driving all centre activities, ensuring operational performance is optimised, clinical governance standards are met, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction are consistently delivered.
As a Mindplace Centre Manager through Supportive Bridge, you will lead commercial and business growth, manage large teams, and collaborate with corporate partners to shape a vibrant, supportive mental health and wellbeing environment.
Support the Regional Operations Manager with the opening of new Mindplace centres across the region.
Lead and manage the commercial and business needs of the centre, overseeing client contacts, business relationships, and local marketing initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency, resource utilisation, and profitable growth while keeping the customer at the centre of operations.
Analyse customer satisfaction results, Net Promoter System insights, and feedback to implement speedy remedial actions and continuous service improvements.
Maintain a robust control environment ensuring clinical staff adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC, HCPC, BABCP).
Act as the operational lead for key corporate clients and support new business developments locally.
Strong operational and healthcare management experience, with a background in mental health, corporate healthcare, or wellbeing industries being highly desirable.
Proven experience leading large teams, managing people, and driving strong business performance and results.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience working within a regulated environment and strong IT proficiency across Microsoft Office systems.
