Note: Due to the property's location and limited public transport, it is preferable that candidates possess a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
About the Role
As a Bank Activities Assistant at Winchester House Care Home, you will help create a stimulating environment to support exceptional resident care and celebrate life. Working flexibly on a casual basis to cover annual leave or sick leave, your responsibilities will include:
Devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to every resident's interests and abilities.
Getting to know residents and their families to build programmes focused on maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Inspiring both residents and staff to participate in events both within the home and out in the local community.
About You

Strong organizational skills and a creative approach.
(Note: Previous similar experience is ideal but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop and progress!)
