About the Role
As a Care Home Community Lead representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will help make our residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling while delivering exceptional, person-centered care. Focusing always on dignity, privacy, and choice, you will lead and supervise our team of Carers and Senior Carers. You will also undertake key clinical responsibilities—such as recording observations on weight and blood pressure and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures. Acting as a role model, you will build vital internal and external relationships to ensure a safe, reassuring, and happy environment for everyone.
About You
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic leader with a strong background in care and a passion for supporting older people.
Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required (along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification).
Experience: Senior-level care experience with a proven track record of supervising others and a good understanding of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Tenacious, full of integrity, compassionate, and possessing strong communication and leadership skills.
