Pay: £15.95 per hour
Hours: 44.00 hours per week (Nights only: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, 4 nights per week, including alternate weekends)
Type: Permanent

About the Role
As a Permanent Night Senior Care Assistant representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents during the night to deliver exceptional, person-centered care. You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while supporting the clinical team in key areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Your role is central to creating a safe, calm, and welcoming environment that always respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate leaders who are committed to delivering individualised care through the night and eager to build a long-term career in social care.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
Experience & Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Strong motivational and leadership skills, compassion, and a dedication to high standards. (Many Senior Care Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.)
