In this varied customer-facing role, you will act as the first point of contact, ensuring every member and visitor receives a warm, professional, and attentive welcome. You will play a key part in the smooth daily operations of both the reception desk and café services while helping maintain an inviting atmosphere throughout the facility.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting visitors, managing member inquiries face-to-face and by phone, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Assist in the café area by preparing and serving fresh food and beverages to club members.

• Support facility operations by providing competent swimming coverage during lifeguard break rotations.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with basic proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.

• High-standard swimming ability and willingness to complete on-site lifeguard coverage training.

• Customer-focused approach with a helpful, empathetic attitude and strong initiative.
