About the Role
Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Bank Senior Care Assistant for a flexible, casual role at Hickathrift House. You will oversee and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include supporting the clinical team in specialised areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews, all while maintaining a warm, vibrant, and dignified environment for our residents.
About You
To join us in this senior capacity, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Specific, practical knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
Warm-hearted compassion and a commitment to individualised support
Strong motivational and leadership skills with a drive for career progression
