About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join their catering team at Hilmore House Head Office in Bradford.

Are you looking for the chance to help lead a fast-paced kitchen—all while still enjoying your evenings and weekends? As Sous Chef, you'll be second in command in our busy Head Office kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in leading a dedicated team and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality food every day.

Our 600-seat colleague restaurant serves a wide variety of meals, from traditional favourites and healthy options to modern street food and seasonal specials. You'll be hands-on in the kitchen, setting the tone for quality and consistency, developing menus, mentoring junior chefs, and supporting food safety and professionalism.

About You

We are looking for a culinary professional who brings:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, ideally from a high-volume environment

• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)

• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

• Strong leadership and team development skills, leading by example

• A passion for great food with the ability to plan, prep, and deliver consistent high standards

• A cool head under pressure, with excellent communication and organisational skills
