Site Coordinator (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Eltham, SE9 (Candidates must live within a maximum of 40 minutes travel time)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Full-Time
About The Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a leading facilities management provider to recruit an organised, proactive, and people-focused Site Coordinator to join their team in Eltham.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly. You will manage an assigned portfolio of sites, working closely with employees, Area Managers, the Mobile Team, and clients to ensure staffing, onboarding, training, attendance, and day-to-day requirements are effectively handled.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing an assigned portfolio of sites, keeping an overview of staffing, vacancies, attendance, training, and operational requirements
Maintaining accurate employee and site records across company systems and escalating any risks or unresolved issues where required
Supporting recruitment activity, including advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, arranging and conducting interviews, and progressing successful candidates
Managing the onboarding process from start to finish, including right-to-work and visa checks in line with company procedures and legislation
Coordinating new starter setup across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and operational systems
Organising and monitoring training, ensuring mandatory training is completed alongside trainers, Area Managers, and the Mobile Team
Coordinating sickness and absence cover to ensure shifts are appropriately covered and service risks are mitigated
Supporting formal employee meetings and checking attendance/timekeeping information to ensure accurate payroll submission within deadlines
Acting as a key point of contact for employees, Area Managers, the Mobile Team, and clients, resolving queries and escalating issues collaboratively

Accurate, detail-focused, and sharp with deadlines and administration
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable using computer systems
Calm under pressure, discreet with confidential information, and a strong team player
Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, payroll, facilities, cleaning, or workforce coordination is advantageous, but we are equally interested in individuals with the right organisational skills and attitude.
