Food and Beverage Assistant - Stamford
About this role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will support the daily dining service by assisting residents with meal choices, preparing dining areas, and ensuring food is served to a high standard. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment while ensuring residents' dietary requirements are always respected.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with meal selections and provide attentive dining service throughout the day.
Prepare and maintain dining and bistro areas, ensuring they remain clean, organised, and well presented.
Monitor residents' dietary requirements and replenish refreshments, snacks, and food displays as needed.
Requirements
High standards of personal hygiene with a caring and professional approach.
Previous experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant, hotel, or a similar environment is desirable.
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or a willingness to obtain one, with excellent customer service skills.
